Angry Apple BBQ Sauce is our New Jersey version of a Kansas City style BBQ Sauce. We chose apple as the base for the sauce because, nationally, New Jersey is a top 10 producer of apples and it is one of our major crops.
The flavor profile is sweet, tangy & spicy (sweet heat)
Ingredients: apple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, spices, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard.
